The role of the urinary system is majorly for filtration of blood and release urine as a waste product. The body turns nutrients into energy by absorbing them from the meals we consumed. Waste products are therefore retained in the intestine and blood once the body has absorbed the dietary components it requires from the meals consumed.

- The renal pelvis is situated at the core of the kidney. It helps to gather urine and pumps it into the ureter.
- The ureter links the kidney to the bladder
- The bladder is shallow, the triangular organ is found in the lower abdomen. To retain urine, the bladder's walls flex and expand, then constrict and deflate to empty urine via the urethra.
- The urethra serves as the tube with which urine have the access to pass out of the body.

- the ureters,
