Answer:
The primary evidence for David's career is constituted by several chapters in the books 1 and 2 Samuel in the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament). The Psalms are also attributed to him, a tribute to his legendary skill as a poet and hymnodist.
Answer:
king david, who was the second king of ancient israel for 40 years, was an important figure in not only judaism, but christanity and islam. he was also the father of solomon, who later expanded the empire david, his father, built.
david was believed to be a christian, thus his belief in christianity, and believed that there was only one god, whose name was "jehovah".
"jehovah" had a son named jesus christ, and, found in the biblical accounts at john 3:16, it says, “"for god loved the world so much that he gave his only begotten son, so that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life."
so king david believed in a god and a son, not a trinity where the god and the son act as one, or where jesus christ is believed to be god and there is no "father". he also believed that "jehovah" gave his son as a ransom to "pay" for our sins.
