Answer:
As every culture includes different ways of earning living, religions, traditions in clothing, foods, etc, the immigrants (who are new to territory) will bring with them their culture into the new life in the new place. For example, you can see people from India wearing their traditional clothings in Russia, and they never think about changing their "style"; The Indians can open their own restaurants, and the Russian people may be interested in trying original traditional Indian food.
So, I think the culture of "native people" will not be changed a lot by immigrants, however, the native people have opportunities to experience new things that may be good or not good for them, and their mind about foreigners will change someway.
Besides, we have a definition "Globalization", and this term must include the issue of influence of either immigrants' or native people' culture in some aspects.
