Wilson's prejudicial attitudes towards non-white in United States made him to be the most racist president the country has ever had. This is as a result of his policy on authorizing cabinet members to re-segregate federal government departments in Washington, D.C. Meanwhile on the foreign policies, his views were profound and even made him to be seen as a hero.

This is as a result of his view on the self-determination of the territories of the enemies after wars and his opposition to annexation.

His opinion on the national aspirations being respected as well as that of  people may be dominated and governed only by their own consent, and that every territorial settlement involved in war must be made in the interest and for the benefit of the populations concerned was clearly stated during his speech to other country's leaders.

These polices is simply a reflection of the general racial prejudice of that particular time which twnds to have reduced in this present moment.
