Vitamins:

Cobb Salad contains tomatoes which have Vitamin's C. Cobb Salad also has Lettuce which contains Vitamins A and K. Onions are also in Cobb salad and they contain Vitamin C.

Chicken Soup contains Vitamins A, Vitamins C, Vitamins B3, vitamin B6, and Vitamin K.

Mango contain Vitamins A and C

Watermelon contains Vitamins A, B6, and C

Strawberries contains Vitamins C and B9.

Vitamin A : is important for normal vision, the immune system, and reproduction, also helps the heart, lungs, kidneys, and other organs work properly.

Vitamin C : is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues.

Vitamin B3 : It helps lower cholesterol, ease arthritis and boost brain function, among other benefits.

Vitamin B6 : benefits the central nervous system.

Vitamin 69 : It helps the body convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose), which is used to produce energy

Vitamin K : produce prothrombin, a protein and clotting factor that is important in blood clotting and bone metabolism.

Questions:

I think the most beneficial is chicken soup mostly because it contains the most vitamins not only that but even when your sick they give you that to feel better and that clearly means that it's the best for you. No there is no Vitamin here that helps with teeth or bone. No none of these foods contain Vitamins to help with growth or strong muscles.
