he should stop having intercourse at one and go seek medical attention. the earlier it is detected the faster he'll get treatment for it and stop spread the STD
He should quit his sexually active ways and report to his parents that he has HIV. They should be able to get him to see a doctor in order to slow down or stop it from mutating into an STD or AIDS.
