Actually the answer can be both. It honestly really depends on the person. In my opinion is I think it's false because if you are going to eat your favorite high calorie food, then there is no reason to exercise because if it has high calories. You just burned all those calories to have them come right back.

False because your exercising for weight loss, and you goal is not to gain any weight...high calorie foods can stop you from losing you weight...you might even gain weight.
