Steve called Jane Monday night and asked her to go out for dinner Friday night. Jane happily accepted. Steve told her he would be driving his fathers car and they would be double dating with their friends, Bill and Marge He told her they were going to Morton’s steakhouse, so she may want to dress up a little; similar to what she would wear to church.
Steve ought to have made her understand it was a double date so she decides if she was willing to go through with that. He made her agree to a date before letting her know that it was a double date.
