The Sales force admin needs to upgrade the template of the Universal Containers org on the latest version to then be able to have the collaboration component viable for the template.  The templates are designed to work all over the place in the work website.

This is easier to do as templates are designed and configured with better ease than the change of the collaborator component which has to happen across the number of devices being used.
