I , along with my team members went through the following steps to solve the lack of productivity in that plant;

  • A thorough visit to the plant to make notes of what machine and processes are being used to carry out the processes.

  • We made some technology enhancements which were a big hit.
  • Labor management was streamlined for better productivity.
