To do probability you just look at the possible outcomes and put it over the total outcomes.
For example question 1.
A dice has 6 total outcomes so we know it will be out of 6.
the question says that we are looking for evens and there are 3 possible outcomes. the probability for the dice will be 3/6=1/2
The second part of the question is if a coin lands head up. the total outcomes is 2. the possible outcomes is 1. The probability that the coin will land on heads is 1/2. The answer to question 1 is 1/2
