I’m going to second D as your best option. Propaganda is just the spread of information, typically false, to invoke feelings or a reaction in people. It’s used in war to make people feel more patriotic of their country, and it’s used in everyday commercials. In a political campaign, suggesting that God supports a candidate but not another is pretty clear propaganda.
