Hi! You didn't really provide a shape which would allow me to explain this much more easily but it's okay. The way to find the translation is very simple. Find the plotted points of the original figure, and make sure you label them and their coordinates so you know where they are. Then, to graph the translation, using those original coordinates, add one to all of the X's, and subtract four from all of the Y's. That will allow you to see what your prime picture will look like.
