Respuesta :

Belonging to a caste is defined by birth itself. If one is born into a poor family, it is unlikely that he or she will move into the upper caste during his or her lifetime.  However, such cases were possible, but very rare. According to tradition, members of the same castes are always marrying and socializing between each other. According to certain facts, we can conclude that such a system of belonging among people is unequal and unfair since birth.

Explanation:

  • In today's modern world, it is impossible to imagine that there is still a system of dividing people into castes, but those in some parts of the world still exist even though they are forbidden in the same law.
  • We could say that castes are closed social groups that were formed on a religious basis and originated in a slave society.
  • According to some popular beliefs, it is believed that castes were "created" by the priests of the time in order to control the people in a simpler way. According to statistics, today in the India 300 million people live by the Indian caste system.
