An unjust law is characterized by being contrary to Justice, that is, contrary to the greater objective of giving each one what belongs to him. In these laws, the rule becomes useless in the function for which it is intended, and an injustice occurs.
But we as a society have the strength and power to change unjust laws, like making protests, marches, demonstrations, so that our role is fulfilled as citizens and so that justice can be done.
