A set of rules that governs the action of people in a particular society can be termed as norms. The employees and co-employees may begin to violate one another when a person fails to greet another person he knows in that society.

Most of the western countries usually value those society that highly focuses on the achievements of an individual but there will be some difficulties in building teams and team works in an organisation.
