Eating a carrot will mainly use the digestive system i.e gastrointestinal system along with different organs that are associated with it.

Explanation:

At first, while chewing the carrots, we use the muscles of jaw and tongue, along with saliva secreted from the three salivary glands - parotid, submaxillary and sublingual glands. Then muscles of pharynx helps the bolus to ingest into stomach through oesophagus. Then in stomach, peptic glands secrete pepsin and hydrochloric acid which helps in charring the food, and this bolus is pushed to duodenum where it receives secretion from liver, pancreas and small intestinal glands which digests the food. It's then absorbed and the parts which aren't absorbed are pushed to large intestine for water absorption. Then the rest of the part is pushed to rectum to get rid off as feces.
