Courts that try cases are called courts of original
jurisdiction. The original
jurisdiction courts are the ones that have the ultimate power to hear and try
cases that are brought before them, especially first time cases. The courts set
the trial hearings for case reviews and pass the judgments that pertain to the
complaints.
