Make up of Estate General :

The general assembly which was formed to represent the French state of realm is called as the Estates General and it was formed in the year 1789. The French estates had three types of estates consisting of the clergy which was the first estate the nobility which was the second one and the commoners which was the third one.

These estates were mainly called upon on how to solve the French debts the debt was due to the reason in which the French had supported the US. All these three states had the power to decide the new taxes and what are the taxes that must be levitated to compromise the debt.
