We'll work in pounds.

Income on the 80%:

75 * 0.80 * 0.80 = 48 pounds

Income on the 20%:

75 * 0.20 * (2/3) = 10 pounds

Profit = 48 + 10 - 35 = 23 pounds

Margin is profit over sales; percentage profit is profit over cost

PP = 23 / 35 = 65.7%
