Choose two specific inalienable rights, one that is explicitly mentioned in your state constitution and one that is implied. Why are those rights important?

I understand the terms implied right and a right that is explicitly stated, I just can't seem to find one that is implied? I also don't really understand how I could get the exact words of that implied right. I would really appreciate it if I could get help with choosing one explicitly stated right and one implied, thanks!

Answer:

Inalienable right explicitly mentioned in the constitution

Right to liberty

  • No one can deprive us of freedom without having reason to do so. When a person is arrested, this person has the right to be given information in a language he/she  understands and tell him/her the reason they are arrested and what charges they face. They must take the person to court and have a trial within a reasonable time.

Inalienable right that is implied in the constitution

Freedom of movement

  • We can move freely in the territory of our country and we can leave and enter whenever we want. There are some restrictions depending on the laws of each country.

Both inalienable rights are important because they refer to human dignity and remind us that no person is inferior to another.
