Nahuatl and Zapotec seem like obvious choices due to the remarkableness to Spain, but Spain had the long-lasting presence and influence of Arabic. Spain had other influences primarily based on pre-Roman Celtic and Iberian culture.
So that would be my choice. If that's not right, my apologies.
