Answer: The best way to use technology to display the positive and negative aspect of the job is to create an online platform where individuals, members of staff and flight attendant can drop a review of their experience about the job and the work environment.

Through this method, by means of technology, we have been able to create a public forum for people to display their opinions either positive or negative. We have by now been able to show the positive and negative aspect of the job.
