It acts mainly relieving the pain, and decreasing the inflammation, which causes pain too. Although your chronic use may lead to side effects.
2. Glucosamine and chondroitin which are two key substances for the treatment of arthritis, arthrosis, joint pain and joint destruction. These substances when used together help in rebuilding the tissues that form the cartilage itself, fighting against inflammation and pain.
