1. The typical, or average, number of houses per block is 11. This is because when the data was added up then divided, it equals to 11.409. You can not have only a piece of a house, so you would round down to 11.

2. Yes, the outlier of this line plot is 6. There could be only 6 houses on a block because it could have other buildings on that block that aren’t houses.
