The presence of a cylindrical bell-shaped sac-like body with inhalant and exhalant siphon-like structures gives a sea squirt its unique structure and shape.

Explanation:

The sessile marine tunicates or sea squirts are mostly found attached to the ocean floor. The sea squirt will absorb ocean water along with solid edible matter like planktons, algae etc through its inhalant siphon. It acts like a filter feeder and after assimilating the edible parts, it will eliminate the waste through its exhalant siphon.

Since it squirts out materials, it is called sea squirt. A group of sea squirts bunches together like a bunch of rubbery grapes on the ocean bed. They appear in various colors like red, yellow, green, pink, brown, blue etc .
