base pairs and the phosphate group.
Each base pairs has a unique nucleotide sequence which represents a
unique property of the cell.
When DNA is cut into smaller parts , the restriction enzyme is able to locate
specific point which can be cut to prevent destruction of the nucleotide
sequences.
