You can see by the banners all the powers that the AOC didn’t have. That was the failure of the AOC because it gave more power to the states than the federal government, thus the federal government was ineffectual, operating with only a Congress. This was far different from the Constitution that gave more power to the federal government but also established three branches of government, creating a separation of powers and a system of checks and balances so that federal power couldn’t become despotic.
