An Important lesson I have learned during this summer is that keeping ourselves hydrated is an essential chore to make ourselves healthy.

EXPLANATION:

Water is an important element in our daily lives and we must intake plenty of water daily.

Due to dehydration of water, I suffered from digestive disorders during this summer and my doctor advised me to consume plenty of water that not only healed my digestive problems but also stopped myself from gaining unwanted weight and resulted in glowing of skin.

In my upcoming school days, I will make sure that I would consume enough water daily to stay healthy.
