This would be a difficult situation. I think that the responsible thing would be to make sure that the the infant isn't sick,and it healthy. Of course, you would want to say about how vaccines are important, but you should also go through other things. You CANNOT reset their beliefs on vaccines, you can EDUCATE. You should respect their decision, while focusing on the health of the child.
