You use a comma / example
Today is a good day, i will play, eat , and shower .
Example
Today was horrible , I didn’t play, eat, and shower.

You use a comma when you want to pause in a sentence but don’t want to fully stop it. It is usually used for better sounding sentences and making the sentences not sound like they are run-ons or really messy ones.
