I disagree because children don’t have the ability to tel right from wrong also there is a place for the older ones already called juvenile

My personal opinion on the given topic is that I disagree simply because juveniles are still considered minors by the government.

Hence, we can see that there is an argument about the decision of Reverend Bevel to fill the jails with children and I oppose this decision because they are not yet of an accountable age.
