physical activity and exercise is very important to fitness and wellness because when your body is at peace so is your mind. that’s why you must work out your body, keep it happy with physical activity and a good diet.

chronic diseases cannot be completely avoided based on behaviour because sometimes it is passes through generations and something that is hard to avoid. with a really good diet and enough exercise it is possible that you can avoid it, but sometimes you body cannot help t because of genetics. skeletal and muscular injuries can be avoided if you treat your body well and make sure to stretch and stay active. this is easier to avoid because this depends on how you treat your body and how careful you are the older you grow and more susceptible to injuries.
