A group of eight schoolboys formed the Churchill Club, one of Denmark's early organizations. They carried out approximately 25 acts against the Germans.

Effects are as follows:

  •  They took advantage of the country's proximity to Sweden.

  •  They established a permanent stronghold in Stockholm.

  •  They were much safer here than in Denmark, but they could simply return to their homeland.

  •  Over 7,000 of Denmark's 8,000 Jews were able to flee the nation via the sea route, thanks to them.

As a result, Denmark had one of the lowest statistical rates of Jewish casualties during the war.
