you can graph this on a graphing calculator if you have one. if you don't you can use and app called (SymboLab) it's really helpful for all types of mathematical operations. Anyway, for your question, you need to clear you equation first before graphing by isolating Y on a side and other stuff into the other side and as follows:
5y=6-3x ==> y=3(2-x)/5. then you'd be able to graph it either on a graphing calculator as I mentioned by simply pluging it in, or you can do it manually by plugging in bunch of values for X and so you get values for Y, then u use it to plot your graph which is going to be a straight line.
