Stalking is when someone repeatedly follows, or harasses the particular person.
Example: Someone constantly looks at a certain person’s social media to find out what they are doing or their location, and following them around places for no particular legal reason.
Obsession is to continuously think about a certain person or thing (usually in an unusual manner) — their mind preoccupied with this “obsession.”
