I think the three most important components of culture are food, religion, and language. Being a South African, I can provide you with interesting examples of all three.

When it comes to food, braaing is one of the best-known aspects of our food culture. It involves lighting a charcoal fire, putting a grid over it, and cooking meat like boerewors (a spiral sausage) and sosaties (pieces of meat and vegetables put on a stick).

There are many components of a family's culture that may include values, norms, languages, cuisines, gestures etc. But basic components include languages, gestures and cuisines.

Like in our culture, in Asia, when we go to meet an old person, we bend down a little and he/she taps our shoulder or give us a kiss on forehead. This is how we take blessings from elders.

Similarly we use different languages in our home. Like If our mother language is Urdu, we use other languages as well like punjabi, pashto, siraiki, sindhi, balochi, etc.

And when it comes to cuisine, there are a wide variety of typical foods in our culture like Haleem, Nehari, Biryani, Payee, etc. And when one of these special dishes are cooked at anyone's home, all family members are being invited on the meal, so that all enjoy the food together.
