(Hint best to set this up on an excel spread sheet). 2) From the calculated minimal molecular weight calculate the number of moles in 5 ml of a 150 mg/ml solution of this protein? 3) What is the Molar concentration of this solution? Although the last two questions seem a bit trivial, the size of the protein puts your normal frame of reference for concentrations several orders of magnitude smaller.
