- I usually consume products that contain high levels of protein and low levels of fat and carbohydrates, so I review the nutritional table to identify these data.
- Since all fruits provide fiber when consumed directly, I tend to prefer those fruits that are cheaper, thus saving a bit with a similar nutritional level.
- I usually buy products with low sodium levels, which I also usually check, especially in some processed meats I buy.

I consider that, like me, most people are concerned about the price and nutritional content of the food we buy, the four factors that I give you in the answer are real factors that I use every time I go to the supermarket, which they are aimed at eating healthy and saving a little in the process, however, depending on a person's eating habits, these factors can change dramatically, even one could only be the taste of the product.
