Some of the other factors that influence food choice include:

Biological determinants such as hunger, appetite, and taste.

Economic determinants such as cost, income, availability.

Physical determinants such as access, education, skills (e.g. cooking) and time.

Answer:

Four factors that affect my food choices are:

  1. I like canned tuna, but I check that its mercury levels are very low or non-existent, in brands that provide such information.
  2. I usually consume products that contain high levels of protein and low levels of fat and carbohydrates, so I review the nutritional table to identify these data.
  3. Since all fruits provide fiber when consumed directly, I tend to prefer those fruits that are cheaper, thus saving a bit with a similar nutritional level.
  4. I usually buy products with low sodium levels, which I also usually check, especially in some processed meats I buy.

Explanation:

I consider that, like me, most people are concerned about the price and nutritional content of the food we buy, the four factors that I give you in the answer are real factors that I use every time I go to the supermarket, which they are aimed at eating healthy and saving a little in the process, however, depending on a person's eating habits, these factors can change dramatically, even one could only be the taste of the product.
