According to the theory of plate tectonics, volcanism, mountain building, and other constructive forces receive energy from Earth's interior. There are no options given in regards to this question but the answer will be constructive. The shifting of the plates actually gives the energy required for mountain building and volcanism.
The answer is - constructive.

Endogenous forces (also referred to as constructive forces) are forces that come from inside the Earth, and they are responsible for building new landforms on the surface of the Earth. There are three types of these forces: folding, faulting, and volcanism. Plate tectonics, mountain building, and volcanism, all fall into this category. The endogenous forces are working because of the high pressure and temperatures in the mantle layer, which makes it possible to break the crust, move the plates, causes collisions, pushes magma towards the surface, which are all things that contribute to the forming of the three mentioned processes.
