Sociology was developed as the study of societies, social relationships, customs, everyday life, and social interactions.
The exact origin dates of the science are unknown but are believed to have base sometime near 400-300 BC (maybe even before). The first recording of observation occurred around 1086. Many sources consider 14th century Ibn Khaldun as the “Father of Sociology”.
Sociology was later coined by French philosopher of science, Auguste Comte in 1838. He is regarded as the originator of the modern-day style of sociology.
Sociology is responsible for studying man and his interaction with society, the father of sociology is Augusto Comte was the one who coined this term, the theorists of the xix century laid the foundations for the creation of this new science and Saint-Simon It was his forerunner.
