condoms only
birth control pills, diaphragms, and vasectomy may reduce risk of pregnancy, but they do not prevent liquids from being transmitted, those may contain bacteria or virae, which might result in STIs. The condom should, if used correctly, prevent the fluids from being tranmitted.
