 y = mx + c
we know y, m and x, find c

-6 = [tex]- \frac{1}{2} [/tex](6) + c
-6 = -3 + c
-6 + 3 = -3 + 3 + c
-3 = c

y = [tex]- \frac{1}{2} x[/tex] - 3

Answer is the third one.
