Answer:
El Grito de Dolores comienza
Por la mañana
Explanation:
El Grito de Dolores, or Cry of Dolores is considered as the act that triggered the war for Mexico's Independence. According to spoken tradition, it was the calling from priest Miguel Hidalgo Costilla, joined by Ignacio Allende and Juan Aldama, for the people to rise in arms against the Spanish, by ringing the bells of the Parroquia del Pueblo Dolores (Dolores´s town Parish). There aren't documents or direct witnesses of the event, but what is known is that in the early morning of September 16, 1810, Miguel Hidalgo called to arms the people from Dolores town and the nearby areas in order to join the rebellion, resulting in the first rising against the "New Spain" empire.
