    The answer is A.  In this example there are three punctuation marks: a comma ( , ), a semicolon ( ; ) and a period ( . ). The comma is separating two sentences,  a independent clause: When you arrive on the train from the dependent clause: take a taxi to the bus station.  The semicolon can separate two independent clauses or substitute a conjunction, it gives proper meaning to a sentence. The period ends a sentence.
