That "force" is what scientists and dieticians call the "weight" of the ball.

Weight = (mass) x (acceleration of gravity)

On or near the Earth's surface, the acceleration of gravity is 9.8 m/s² .

Weight of the ball = (7 kg) x (9.8 m/s²)

Weight of the ball = 68.6 kg-m/s²

The unit " kg-m/s² " is called "Newton".

Weight of the ball = 68.6 Newtons

(that's about 15.4 pounds)

Note:  We don't usually talk about it, but the counter is also pushing   UP on the ball, with exactly the same amount of force.
