History in stories is important because it helps readers understand people and societies. History helps provide identity. When an author uses parts of their history in a story it can even help a reader get to know the author a little more. language is important because it helps the author connect and create a relationship with the reader. And certain language make things more exciting and more clear to understand. It helps the author communicate his or her point of view clearly making it easier to understand his or her writing.
