The idea of not having rules of behavior, no restrictions and/or no recognition of authority, is anarchy, it's a stage owned by societies without leadership or fundamental cohesion. Logically then, an entity without cohesion falls apart by default.
Without parameters on the addition of funds to promote political parties or candidates whatsoever, the resulting development is basically corruption, disarray and chaos; which is a glimpse of the tragic current scenario in American politics.
