The correct answer is Hilkiah. The Law of Moses (whose name in Hebrew is Torat Moshe) or Mosaic Law is considered to be the first of five books of the Hebrew Bible. It was discovered by a priest whose name was Hilkiah who said: "I have found the Book of the Law in the Lord's Temple!".
