Now look at the graph, is the shaded part less than or greater than the line? We can see that the shaded part is behind the line, which means that it is less than. So now we have to make an inequality to match the graph. To do that, take away the "y=" part of the equation and replace it with "y<". You are left with the equation y<-3x+3.
